How do I use the Cellulite Smoother™?
The first thing that you need to do before using the Cellulite Smoother™ is to wear some type of tight garmet over the area which you will be massaging. We recommend either bike shorts or some type of exercise outfit that's made of spandex/polyester material. The key is to wear something that fits firmly over your body that won't snag or be pulled up into the Cellulite Smoother™.
Attach your Cellulite Smoother™ to the end of your 12 Amp vacuum cleaner's hose. Most home vacuum cleaners are 12 Amps, which provides maximum suction power. We don't recommend using a shop vac or smaller model vacuums.
Turn your vacuum cleaner on, hold the Cellulite Smoother™ at the base of the handle and apply to the back of your thigh, just below the buttocks area. It will grab and stick to that area very quickly so be ready. Then apply a firm grip to the Cellulite Smoother™ and begin moving it up and down the thigh area. Use both an up and down and side to side motion. Repeat this motion several times.
When you first begin this treatment, start off doing it for just a few minutes a day. You must get used to how your body responds to this type of massage. As your body gets used to this treatment start using it up to 10 - 15 minutes per cellulite area minimum. Do not exceed 30 minutes per cellulite area. Use it every day on each area of cellulite around your thigh or buttocks the first two weeks. The third week you can start using it every other day.
